Job summary

Intratek Computer, Inc. is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist to provide Level II support at our Charlotte, NC site. You will support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and hardware in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include PC refreshes, imaging, hardware rollouts and migrations, relocations, and collaboration with the On-site Service Desk Manager or Sr. Technician. A High School Diploma with A+/MCP preferred; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; A+ or MCP preferred.
• Teamwork and communication skills essential.
• Must pass government background check and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II IT support for the client's Service Desk.
• Handle PC refresh, imaging, hardware rollouts, migrations, upgrades and relocations.
• Collaborate with On-site Service Desk Manager and Sr. Technician.
• Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
