Job summary
MissionHires is seeking an on-site Infrastructure Support Specialist in Reidsville, NC. You will lead hardware/software rollouts, manage support tickets, maintain servers and storage, and secure systems. The role requires hands-on experience in Windows environments, networking, and M365 administration.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure support, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with end-users and vendors. This position is on-site five days a week.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience or an undergraduate degree in IT or related field.
- Strong Windows client/server administration skills, including Active Directory and DNS.
- Experience supporting Citrix virtual clients and ESXi environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware/software rollouts for PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets; escalate issues if needed.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols and updates.
