Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work onsite in Irving, TX with a hybrid onsite/remote support model. The role focuses on troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices, imaging and setup, and resolving hardware/software issues.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you interact with users and coordinate support tasks. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in technical support, experience with Jira, and a proven ability to work across both on-site

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a technical support role.
Experience providing both remote and hands-on technical support.
Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with computer imaging and device setup/deployment.
Experience using Jira as a ticketing system.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
