Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software/hardware.
• Proficient in Windows and iOS environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra, and Intune.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communications and teamwork abilities.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and processes.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding with HR and Facilities.
• Configure and deploy Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints.
• Coordinate with MSI team to procure and deliver hardware for new hires.
