Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary in Culver City, seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver end-user technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain IT infrastructure. This on-site role reports to the Senior IT Support Lead and focuses on Windows/Linux/macOS endpoints and enterprise tools.

The position requires a strong background in Windows environments, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365, with U.S. citizenship and background check clearance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting and maintaining software/hardware.
Proficient in Windows and IOS environments.

Responsibilities

Provide IT end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Respond to Help Desk tickets promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Document IT infra and support processes; maintain asset inventory.
Manage onboarding/offboarding with HR and Facilities.
Configure and deploy Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints.
