Job summary

DataLab USA is a analytics-driven consultancy delivering large-scale marketing technology solutions. The role supports Windows environments, VOIP, and remote assistance for local Westminster, CO clients, with hybrid eligibility after six months onsite. No visa sponsorship. Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, desktop management, or systems administration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting with a collaborative approach.
• Windows 11/Server administration, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with Active Directory, MDM tools (Intune/LogMeIn), endpoint security, and cybersecurity basics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with JIRA, remote support tools, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to operate in audited environments and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 laptops/desktops, servers, and VOIP systems.
• Troubleshoot applications and OS; provide technical user support.
• Conduct remote support sessions and deploy/patch software.
• Monitor systems, manage IT assets, and work with ticketing systems.
• Document procedures clearly and communicate with team and end users.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and resolve issues independently.
• Maintain documented processes within audited environments.
