Job summary

John Paul Mitchell Systems (JPMS) seeks an IT Support Generalist to serve as the primary on-site IT resource at the Wilmer, TX distribution center. You will resolve Tier 1–2 issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals across office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities include supporting Zebra devices, printers, RF/Wi-Fi, and warehouse applications, while following SLA-driven processes and corporate security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED.
• Solid experience in end-user IT support and ticketing.
• Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Familiarity with AD/Entra ID, EDR, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for Wilmer, TX DC, handling Tier 1–2 issues and vendor escalations.
• Configure and repair warehouse tech, including Zebra scanners and printers.
• Support warehouse WMS, shipping apps, and RF/Wi‑Fi environments to maintain uptime.
