Teal in Minneapolis is seeking a Tier 1 Support Specialist for an on-site role in Northeast Minneapolis. You will address client technology issues, troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, printers, and network connectivity, and document work in the ticketing system.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of help desk or related IT experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication is essential.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred; Teal supports completion within 120 days of employment.
• Experience with macOS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, professional remote and on-site support to clients via phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, applications, and network connectivity.
• Document findings and actions clearly in the ticketing system.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues and escalate complex problems with context.
• Follow client procedures, security expectations, and internal processes.
• Communicate status updates and resolutions to clients.
• Participate in required meetings and on-call rotation.
