Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to end-users with ownership and follow through.
• Maintain the computer network ensuring continuous operation, including servers, workstations, copiers and printers.
• Provide technical assistance and basic training to team members.
• Travel to store locations to install/fix/upgrade equipment.
• Install, manage and monitor security equipment.
• Ensure all computers have up-to-date security software.
• Maintain user accounts and security controls.
