Job summary
Bath Concepts Industries, LLC in Libertyville, IL seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on, on-site IT support across three Libertyville locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and loT devices, partner with MSPs and vendors, and help maintain a secure, reliable IT environment.

Qualifications
- Proven IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with on-site and remote device deployments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for Bath Concepts software, hardware, networking, telephony, A/V, and loT devices.
- Monitor ticket queue and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure monthly patches are applied.
- Assist with standardization and asset inventory.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and workstation refreshes.
- Maintain printer fleet management and lifecycle.
- Collaborate with MSP and vendors to resolve issues.
