Maverick Group US LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a fully on-site role in Illinois. You will provide day-to-day end-user support across the organization, with exposure to broader infrastructure, in a lean IT team. The position supports office, shop, and field employees.

The role emphasizes breadth over narrow specialization, hands-on work, and the ability to travel locally between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support/help desk experience.
• Basic networking knowledge is a hard requirement.
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software across a wide range of applications.
• Flexible and adaptable in a manufacturing/shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, remote, and phone IT support for day-to-day issues.
• Serve as primary contact for hardware, software, and computer system issues.
• Provide user training on new or updated technologies.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and hardware configuration.
• Assist with hardware refreshes and software rollouts.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and system support.
• Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain equipment inventory and IT records.
