Zusammenfassung

Rubenstein Law, P.A. seeks an IT Support Specialist II to provide hands-on support for attorneys and staff at the Miami/Dadeland office, with travel to other Florida locations and occasional New York trips.

You will diagnose and resolve endpoint, Microsoft 365, Citrix/VDI, printing, and connectivity issues while coordinating with the Help Desk and external providers. The role requires an intermediate professional who can work independently, document actions, and maintain equipment inventories.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and authentication troubleshooting.
• Experience with Citrix/VDI environments.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting peripherals and devices.
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for attorneys and staff.
• Manage incidents through the IT service-management platform and maintain ticket documentation.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and Citrix/VDI sessions.
• Assist with password, MFA, authentication, and account-access issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN issues.
• Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment.
• Configure and inventory devices and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding of employees.
• Coordinate with Facilities, vendors, and MSPs for onsite support.
• Escalate complex issues per protocol and maintain user communication.
