Job summary

Rubenstein Law in Miami seeks an IT Support Specialist II to serve as the primary onsite tech for the Miami/Dadeland office while supporting other firm locations across Florida. You will diagnose and resolve endpoint, Microsoft 365, Citrix/VDI, printing, connectivity, and peripheral issues and coordinate with the Help Desk and external providers.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to travel to firm offices for installations, refreshes, and support

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on IT support.
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops/laptops.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, accounts, authentication troubleshooting.
Experience with Citrix/VDI or similar virtual desktop environment.
Experience deploying/troubleshooting devices/peripherals and basic networking.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support at the Miami/Dadeland office and travel to Florida offices as needed.
Triage incidents via IT service-management platform and maintain ticket documentation.
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365 apps and Citrix/VDI sessions and printing.
Assist with password/MFA/account issues and Entra ID.
Troubleshoot basic network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Configure and deploy laptops/desktops and peripherals.
Assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding of staff.
