Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT team in Arlington, VA. The role serves as the primary contact for employee technology needs with on-site responsibilities Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting day-to-day tech, supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint technologies, and internal systems, with opportunities to grow in cloud tech, automation, and systems administration.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused IT support experience and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support to employees via ticketing systems, email, chat, and in person.
• Set up, configure, and deploy PCs and end-user tech; onboard/offboard tasks.
• Troubleshoot office hardware, software, and network issues; support MFA and access controls.
