Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our on-site IT team in Arlington, VA. You will be the primary contact for employee tech needs, deploying and supporting Windows/Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, InTune, and AI tools.

This role emphasizes customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation. Office-based position with typical hours Monday–Friday; starting salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of IT support / helpdesk / internal IT operations experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with MS Azure/Entra and MS InTune.
• Basic understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Basic understanding of AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support to Eagle Hill employees.
• Set up, configure, and deploy PCs and end-user devices; onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 accounts, MFA, and access controls.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Document workflows and improve IT processes.
• Handle requests via ticketing, email, chat, and in person.
