Job summary

PNC is seeking a Tech Solutions Center Specialist to deliver on-site IT support in Haileah FL or Miami FL, with occasional on-call responsibilities. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network devices, travel between sites, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include using ServiceNow for ticketing, guiding end users, and supporting deployments while mentoring teammates and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Certifications: No Required Certification(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, applications, and network-connected devices across multiple business locations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues impacting desktops, laptops, printers, access points, switches, and other technology infrastructure.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow to track, prioritize, and manage support requests.
• Travel between assigned sites to deliver hands-on technical assistance, equipment support, and technology deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to ensure reliable technology operations and exceptional customer service while supporting projects, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
