Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provides support and complex problem resolution for technology products and applications, using tools for remote/onsite assistance.
• Manages and conducts business process analysis projects and presents recommendations for improvements.
• Engages vendors for technology implementations and issue resolution.
• Maintains and upgrades network systems per requirements and executes change requests.
