Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an IT Services & Support Analyst to join the Sunrise, FL team onsite. You will handle internal IT requests via phone, chat, email, and service portal, ensuring prompt, professional assistance and 100% internal customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma and 2–4 years of IT support experience, with knowledge of Macintosh/Windows and Active Directory. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of Macintosh and Windows computing.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Ability to work well with others in a team and adapt to a collaborative environment.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for IT Services & Support via phone, chat, service portal, email & walk-up queries from internal customers.
• Troubleshoots software and hardware issues, aiming for first contact resolution.
• Escalate issues to second- and third-level experts with documented troubleshooting steps in ITSM.
• Communicates progress and maintains professional interactions to ensure timely resolution.
• Documents all cases in the service management system and collaborates with support teams.
