Job summary

Elemental Brands is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of defense for employees’ technical needs. This on-site role will start at our Headquarters and operations center, with future 100% operations-center focus, supporting staff across offices, remote locations, and warehouse environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on ChromeOS, macOS, and Windows, provision devices for new hires, manage accounts, and assist senior IT staff in more complex

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with macOS and Windows administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via ticketing systems, phone, chat, or walk-ups.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting of IT equipment on the warehouse floor (barcode scanners, rugged tablets, printers, wireless APs).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across ChromeOS, macOS, and Windows.
• Provision, configure, and deploy laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.
• Manage user accounts and security groups in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
