Job summary

Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) seeks onsite IT infrastructure support in Miami. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues, install desktops, printers, and peripherals, and support network and conferencing systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field experience, familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts, and strong communication in English and Spanish. This role requires physical site work and flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT infrastructure field support experience with hardware, software and OS issues.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and RDP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side IT support and PC break/fix across desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Outlook, printer, and conference room issues.
• Assist with ticketing, incident management and preventive action analysis.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams; operate under deadlines and with urgency.
