Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC. seeks a Branch Engineer to provide on-site IT support for our Indianapolis clients. You will be the main point of contact, arriving promptly, resolving user issues, and coordinating with remote teams when needed.

The role includes network infrastructure rollouts, server migrations, and Office 365 deployments, along with on-call duties and occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting desktop and server systems.
• 2+ years of experience with network design, maintenance and installation.
• Experience with Office365 or Online Exchange 2019.

Responsibilities

• Act as credible onsite resource for remote teams.
• Primary contact for CSE clients for technical issues.
• Repair, warranty, and deploy workstations.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for hardware/software upgrades.
• Write and maintain client documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours.
