Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC in Martinsville, Indiana, seeks a Branch Engineer to provide onsite IT support, ensuring timely arrivals, resolving issues in person, and escalating complex problems to remote teams. You will visit client sites as needed and be a primary contact for IT needs.

Additional duties include helping with network deployments, server migrations, and Office 365 deployments, while participating in an on-call schedule and maintaining client documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting Windows and server environments.
• Experience with Office365 and online Exchange environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network and desktop issues onsite.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite resource for remote teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as primary contact for clients assigned to you for technical issues.
• Repair, warranty, and deploy workstations for clients.
• Diagnose and resolve network related issues for clients.
• Assist project teams with network infrastructure rollouts and Office 365 deployments.
• Maintain client documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to remote teams as needed.
