Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Support/Phone Deployment Tech to join the factory support team onsite in Everett, WA and Renton, WA. The role covers mobile device deployment, device imaging, and end-user support on 1st–3rd shifts.

You will configure tablets/phones, troubleshoot PC hardware, and coordinate with the IT Service Center for advanced issues. The position requires physical activity and reliable transportation for training and ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in information technology or IT certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation for training in Renton and work in Everett.
• Available 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 35 pounds and standing/walking most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support tablets, mobile phones, and other end-user devices.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment.
• Perform software troubleshooting and basic network troubleshooting.
• Escalate to IT Service Center when advanced support is required.
• Provide first-level mobile device support via phone, email, or tickets.
• Assist with app installation and security settings on smartphones.
• Work with MDM for asset, updates and endpoint management.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions.
