Job summary

Firebolt Group in Wixom, Michigan is seeking an IT Support Specialist for on-site, first-line technical support across office, manufacturing, and warehouse teams. You will own the help desk queue, log and triage tickets, and escalate to the Senior Systems Engineer with clear documentation.

You will also manage end-user hardware, onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS platforms administration, while documenting procedures and providing training to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience valued; flexible about years of experience.
• End-user hardware provisioning, imaging, deployment, and inventory management.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and basic administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage, and resolve help desk tickets; escalate to Senior Systems Engineer when needed.
• Build, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals for on-site and remote staff.
• Onboarding and offboarding of staff; manage account access and hardware allocation.
• Administer SaaS accounts, licenses, and permissions; maintain knowledge base documents.
