Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Production Associate to provide hands-on IT support for our facility. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain hardware and software, working closely with corporate IT teams to ensure reliable systems and connectivity for local users.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365. Prior manufacturing environment exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 3–5 years IT support, desktop or network admin experience.
• Experience with end-user support and ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with Windows; Linux a plus.
• Knowledge of MS 365, Active Directory, and endpoint tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate IT teams to manage and resolve support tickets.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Deploy workstations, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform equipment repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
• Provide onsite user training for technology-related issues.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for facility personnel.
• Coordinate onsite IT activities and deployments.
• Support implementation of IT policies and standards.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and activities.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
