Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas in Baytown, TX is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite information technology support for the Baytown distribution and manufacturing locations, plus Houston sales office. You will assist end users, warehouse systems, and site infrastructure, ensuring reliable technology services and coordinating with vendors.

Role involves troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365, managing assets, and supporting security and access controls.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
Two+ years IT support, desktop support, field services, or end-user computing.
Valid driver’s license required.
Proficiency in English required.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune endpoint troubleshooting, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote support for end users, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business apps.
Support warehouse and manufacturing technology including barcode scanners and label printing systems.
Manage incidents and service requests with clear documentation and timely resolution.
Install, image, deploy, and move IT equipment using standard enterprise processes.
Maintain asset inventory for end-user, warehouse, infrastructure, and security devices.
Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment.
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and operations to meet site needs.
