Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for end users, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365, Windows, and related tools.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing technology including barcode scanners and label printers.
• Maintain asset inventories and coordinate with facilities and vendors.
• Troubleshoot network and site connectivity issues affecting operations.
• Manage incidents via IT ticketing system with timely resolution.
