Venterra Realty is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Houston to provide both onsite and remote support for employees. You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, Teams, printers, and network connectivity while delivering a responsive, customer-focused service.

The role emphasizes ticket ownership, face-to-face assistance, and exposure to network infrastructure within a corporate environment. Join a team focused on reliable IT operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, email, Teams, printers, peripherals, and user access issues.
• Knowledge of Active Directory or Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, endpoint support, software deployment, device compliance, and basic procurement/asset processes.
• Understanding networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, firewall troubleshooting.
• Comfortable onsite five days per week in a corporate office; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve IT support tickets via Jira Service Management or similar platform.
• Provide onsite Houston office and remote support for hardware, software, printers, conference rooms, and connectivity tools like VPN and Wi‑Fi.
