Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking an IT Manager to support a Houston corporate office, handling desktop and user support for onsite and remote staff. You will manage Windows, 365 apps, email, Teams, printers, devices, and network connectivity with a strong focus on customer service.

The role emphasizes ticket ownership, face-to-face support, practical problem solving, and exposure to network infrastructure in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, desktop or help desk role.
• Strong troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, email, Teams, printers, and user access.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, deployment and asset processes.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and firewall troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving; able to work onsite five days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve IT support tickets via Jira Service Management or similar.
• Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, printers, and conferencing rooms.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, access permissions, and Teams/SharePoint.
• Assist with device management, software deployment, and asset tracking.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall symptoms.
