New Charter is seeking a Technical Engineer to provide dedicated IT support for our Boulder, Colorado clients. This on-site role focuses on diagnosing and resolving day-to-day issues for a multi-client MSP environment, with an emphasis on customer service and timely response.

You'll handle Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking basics, and end-user support, while developing familiarity with client environments and tools.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and networking basics.
• Strong customer-service skills and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Manage support tickets and document client interactions.
• Respond to requests within SLA expectations (30 minutes).
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when needed.
• Travel to local client locations as required.
• Collaborate across service lines for seamless support.
