Job summary

Path Forward IT in Horsham, PA is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer II to be the front line for client IT issues, working 100% onsite at assigned locations. You will resolve technical problems from tickets or calls, escalate when needed, and document actions in IT Glue while maintaining SLAs.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of networks, servers, and endpoints, plus collaboration with vendors to restore services. Travel between client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting network, server, and endpoint issues (virtual or physical).
• Strong communication skills for remote and in-person support.
• Willingness to work entirely onsite and travel between client buildings.
• Familiarity with VLANs, ISP troubleshooting, and firewall equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network, server, and endpoint issues (virtual or physical).
• Handle escalations from Level I engineers and follow escalation paths as defined in documentation.
• Maintain and document IT environments in IT Glue, updating or creating new articles.
• Remotely access systems to push scripts or run actions as needed.
• Manage and resolve Microsoft 365, AzureAD, DHCP/DNS, and Active Directory‑related issues.
• Work with vendors to help restore service during outages.
