Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Site Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for all IT systems at the Distribution House in Mount Juliet, TN. You will be the first point of contact for operations, supporting end-user devices, network connectivity, and warehouse technology critical to daily operations.

The role requires on-site desktop/laptop/AV support, AD account management, and ServiceNow ticket handling.

Qualifications

• Experience providing hands-on IT support to end-users in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose and triage incidents across hardware, software, network and access systems.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing workflows (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Be visible and available to Operations teams to help answer questions and resolve issues.
• Respond to support tickets to address a wide range of technical problems for DH Operations.
• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and triage escalation issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT systems; document steps and solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Set up, modify, and terminate user accounts within WM and WCS applications.
• Provide "white glove" service for senior management and ensure prompt resolution of critical issues.
