Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an experienced IT Support & Procurement specialist to provide hands-on IT support across a fast-paced game development studio and to manage hardware procurement and lifecycle. You will work closely with studio leadership to understand IT needs and ensure reliable, secure systems.

The role requires scripting experience and strong documentation skills to support automated testing environments and Azure-based services.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional IT experience.
2+ years in an IT procurement-focused role.
3+ years with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
3+ years of trouble-shooting IT issues.
3+ years of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Experience with a scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or C#.

Responsibilities

Understand IT needs with studio leadership, directors, and technical teams.
Procure, configure, deploy, maintain, and recycle PC hardware and related equipment.
Respond to IT service requests, repairs, upgrades, and user inquiries.
Manage PC hardware inventory and parts.
Perform user account administration and access management.
Support Azure-based services and lab machines used for automated testing.
Maintain clear technical documentation and monthly project reports.
Collaborate with broader IT teams to apply best practices.
