Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join the Operations team at our North Charleston location. This role provides Tier 1 IT support for computers, printers, peripherals, and connectivity, while coordinating with MSPs and telecom providers to resolve issues.

You will assist with network tasks, onsite hardware moves, inventory, and basic documentation, escalating complex problems to the MSP. A bachelor’s in IT or equivalent experience plus 2+ years in IT support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT support, networking, or help desk experience.
• Experience with basic network troubleshooting and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic Tier 1 IT support for computers, printers, peripherals, applications, passwords, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot network, Internet, wireless, and basic connectivity problems.
• Support and coordinate telephone, VoIP, mobile, and telecommunications issues.
• Serve as onsite contact for MSPs, Internet and telecom providers, and other tech vendors.
• Assist with switches, access points, cabling, and Internet circuits.
• Assist with technology needs for Facility events.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and basic network documentation.
• Escalate server, security, and other advanced issues to MSP.
