Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to provide Tier 1 IT support on site at the North Charleston, SC campus. You will troubleshoot devices, manage network connectivity, support VoIP and telecom issues, and coordinate with MSPs and vendors for onsite help.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to escalate complex problems. On-site availability at 5001 Coliseum Drive is required, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 2+ years IT support or related experience.
• Networking knowledge and basic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic Tier 1 support for computers, printers, peripherals, applications, passwords, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot network, Internet, wireless, and basic connectivity problems.
• Support and coordinate telephone, VoIP, mobile phone, and telecommunications issues.
• Serve as onsite point of contact for MSP and providers.
• Provide onsite assistance to MSP for hardware setup and cabling as needed.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and basic network/telecom documentation.
• Escalate server, security, systems administration, and advanced issues to MSP.
