Job summary

Legends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands, delivering fully integrated premium services on a white-label basis. This IT Support Coordinator role sits in our Operations team at on-site location in North Charleston, SC, supporting MSPs, vendors, and end-users.

You will provide Tier 1 IT support, assist with network and device issues, coordinate with MSPs, maintain inventory, and help ensure smooth technology operations for events.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tickets in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic Tier 1 IT support for computers, printers, peripherals, applications, passwords, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot network, Internet, wireless, and basic connectivity problems.
• Serve as onsite point of contact for the MSP, Internet providers, telecom providers, and other technology vendors.
• Provide onsite assistance to the MSP when physical access is required, including moving equipment, connecting cables, power cycling devices, checking connections, and replacing hardware.
• Assist with switches, wireless access points, network cabling, patch panels, network closets, and Internet circuits.
• Support printers, copiers, phones, computers, displays, and other Facility technology.
• Assist with technology needs for Facility events.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and basic network/telecom documentation.
• Escalate server, security, systems administration, and other advanced technical issues to the MSP.
