Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator to provide hands-on IT support within a fast-paced onsite operation. You will serve as the primary contact for employees needing hardware, software, system access, and general technical assistance.

You will manage IT assets, perform basic diagnostics, log and track tickets, assist with new-hire onboarding, and coordinate with operations and IT teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support or desktop support.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networks.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset check-in/check-out and inventory.
• Provide tier 1 IT help desk support onsite.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Document and escalate tickets per SLA.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with leadership and IT teams to resolve issues.
