Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an IT Support Analyst for an on-site role in Greenville, SC. You will serve as the liaison between business partners and IT service delivery, support PC and device deployments, and manage service levels across manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include project coordination, user support, and collaboration with IT teams to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives. On-site four 10-hour days and after-hours support as needed are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT and project management experience.
• Broad technical IT knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
• Proven operational excellence skills, including root cause analysis, risk reduction, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage minor IT projects and business analysis tasks.
• Project management and cross-site collaboration to improve IT and business operations.
• Provide onsite break/fix support for PCs, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Work with Autopilot, Intune and Active Directory to support devices and users.
• Attend Gemba walks and promote continuous improvement efforts.
