Job summary

Auria's Spartanburg Plant is seeking an IT Analyst to join the team, providing onsite and remote support for manufacturing IT systems and helping maintain secure, reliable shop-floor infrastructure.

You will collaborate with production and engineering teams, perform system maintenance and upgrades, and document solutions while supporting security policies and incident management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
• Experience with ERP solutions such as PLEX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for manufacturing IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems, devices, and applications.
• Support hardware and software upgrades and network components.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement and integrate new technologies.
• Ensure IT policies and security for shop floor systems.
• Document solutions and configurations.
