Job summary

Responsibilities include hardware deployment, device support, and 1st/2nd line tech support within Windows and Linux environments, plus ticketing via ServiceNow and incident management. Onsite availability for day or night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT or infrastructure experience.
• Hardware troubleshooting and deployment experience.
• Networking fundamentals (cabling, patching, connectivity).
• Windows experience and basic Linux knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite with day or night shift schedules.

100% Onsite

We are seeking Helpdesk Technicians to support critical infrastructure and hardware operations across multiple facilities. This is a hands-on role for candidates with experience in IT support, hardware deployment, networking, field services, desktop support, or data center environments.
