Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst for a 6-month temporary assignment in Crowley, TX. The role covers desktop hardware, software, and peripherals with on-site support from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You will provide second-line investigation, log incidents, and escalate when needed, while collaborating with IT teams on asset management and infrastructure tasks.

Qualifications

• The Onsite Support Analyst is responsible for serving as a desktop support expert responsible for computer hardware, software (location specific or global) and peripherals.
• The Onsite Support Analyst acts as the second point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests and connectivity issues.
• In Junior Level role, provide second-line investigation and diagnosis, resolve incidents and service requests, and log details per procedures.
• In Level 1 role, troubleshoot PC incidents, assist with security issues, and aid in infrastructure setup and renovation at location.
• In Level 2 role, coordinate asset inventory, mentor peers, and educate customers on IT solutions.
• In Level 3 role, manage small IT projects, lead GeoMarket projects, and ensure security and LDAP champion duties.
