Job summary

Lendz Financial in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to serve as the primary onsite technology resource for the office. You will resolve technical issues, manage hardware, software, and connectivity, and provide responsive end-user support.

As the sole IT presence, you’ll triage requests, onboard new employees, coordinate with our remote IT team, and implement practical solutions that keep the office productive and secure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IT support or related role.
• Experience with OS troubleshooting, hardware, printers, and connectivity.
• Ability to research solutions and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication with non-technical employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite IT resource and first contact for tickets.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, connectivity, and authentication.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, phones.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity and shared office tech.
• Assist employees with business applications and productivity tools.
• Coordinate with remote IT team for escalations and rollouts.
• Maintain records of tickets, assets, and configurations.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Provide practical training to help employees use technology effectively.
