Job summary

QUICK USA in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to maintain a stable, secure IT environment for its U.S. operations. You will provide day-to-day user support and manage devices, accounts, and security procedures.

Coordinate with the Hong Kong parent IT team and external vendors to ensure reliable business operations and a smooth onboarding/offboarding process for staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, printers, networks, and email.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work onsite in New Jersey and coordinate with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for devices, apps, and connectivity.
• Administer user accounts, access, email, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support cybersecurity policies, backups, and incident response.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong IT team and external vendors for reliability.
