Zones, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an on-site role in Nashville, TN. The position is a 6+ month contract with hours Monday–Friday, 8–5, and pay up to $31.25 per hour.
You will respond to IT issues, install OS and applications, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and printers to keep the business running. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT support, strong remote and onsite capabilities, and experience coordinating with dispatch for desk-side services.
Competenze
- 8+ years in IT support and EUC environments.
- Experience troubleshooting laptop/desktop hardware and printers.
- Experience providing remote and onsite user support and coordinating with dispatch.
Mansioni
- Respond to IT issues via phone and tickets.
- Install operating systems and user applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain printers (laser, thermal, impact).
- Develop and maintain deskside operations procedures.
- Assist during critical situations as needed.
- Manage deskside services staffing and escalation lists.
- Identify solutions to minimize escalations, incl. training and self-help.
- Support compliance activities and service requests at locations.
