Job summary

Qualifications

• People and customer service skills required.
• Proficient in Printer administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong Active Directory management experience.
• Experience with iOS management and deployment.
• Familiar with video conferencing tools (WebEx, Teams).
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting (VPN, LTE, Wifi).
• Experience with remote support tools (MSRA, RDP, Webex, Teams).
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT call center tasks and customer inquiries.
• Administer printers and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Manage Active Directory users and reset passwords.
• Deploy and support iOS devices and apps.
• Set up and support video conferencing solutions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (VPN, Wifi, LTE).
• Resolve application access and compatibility issues.
• Provide remote support via MSRA, RDP, and Webex/Teams.
• Assist with hardware deployments and ticketing in ServiceNow.
