Krause Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to deliver frontline technology and AV support onsite in Des Moines, IA. You will handle Windows 11, M365, Teams, and AD tasks, plus conference-room AV coordination, with a focus on user-friendly service and timely escalation when needed.

The role emphasizes onboarding/offboarding, access management, and documented procedures, supporting executives and events as required. Strong communication with non-technical users is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT service desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11, M365 apps, and AV systems.
• Familiar with Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT issues and requests; deliver professional user experience.
• Triage tickets, track status, and escalate when needed to Manager IT.
• Provide AV and conference room support for Teams Rooms and related equipment.
• Onboarding/offboarding and access changes; manage laptops, accounts, licenses, and groups.
