Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent plus 3–7 years in a help desk/desktop support role.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with identity management and MDM (Intune).
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Net+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary responder for the Service Desk phone and ticketing queue.
• Provide in‑depth troubleshooting for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support remote and on‑site end users and deployments.
