Job summary

Dentsu International Americas, LLC is hiring for an IT Asset Technician based in Norwalk, CT. This onsite role focuses on asset lifecycle management, deployment, and rapid service delivery across the enterprise technology stack.

You will support hardware and software assets, maintain CMDB accuracy, and follow ITIL best practices to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement. Growth opportunities exist within the Enterprise Technology team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage incidents across channels with accurate details.
• Monitor ticket queue, inform users, and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Maintain incident records and asset lifecycle data throughout.
• Support asset deployment, retrieval, and lifecycle projects at scale.
• Contribute to knowledge base and team tooling; support new members.
• Identify opportunities where AI/automation could improve operations.
