Job summary

DigiOffice is seeking a Junior IT Asset Analyst to support tracking, management, and reporting of technology assets in a large enterprise IT environment. This entry-level role offers a foundation in IT Asset Management and collaboration with IT Procurement, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams.

This 100% on-site position in Johns Creek, GA requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and strong Excel skills. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, inventory management, procurement, operations, or asset management.
• Basic understanding of common technology equipment — laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately with large amounts of data and information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA; remote/hybrid candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update hardware and software asset records including asset tags, serial numbers, equipment models, assigned users, and locations.
• Track technology equipment from receipt and deployment through return, replacement, and retirement.
• Assist with physical and system inventory reconciliation and research missing or inaccurate asset information.
• Track equipment warranties, refresh dates, and replacement needs.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by tracking assigned and returned technology equipment.
• Assist IT Procurement with purchase, invoice, and asset documentation.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports related to technology inventory.
• Assist with periodic IT asset audits.
• Learn and use enterprise IT management tools including ServiceNow.
• Identify repetitive processes that could be improved through automation or AI tools.
