Job summary

Banner Health seeks an IT Coordinator II to deliver at-the-elbow technical support in the Wray, Colorado area. This onsite role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional schedule flexibility based on business needs.

You will lead IT service requests, coordinate with IT colleagues and hospital staff, and ensure reliable technology support and a positive user experience. A degree and IT experience are required, with opportunities to grow in a nationally recognized

Qualifications

Associate’s degree and 1 year relevant IT support experience.
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical staff.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Willingness to work onsite in Wray, CO and occasional flexibility.

Responsibilities

Provides IT service requests and incidents support in the service management system.
Leads workflow of customer service requests and provides user-level IT support.
Coordinates IT projects for a single facility or small group of facilities.
Triages problems, documents actions, and communicates with customers.
Manages IT service procurement and asset management.
Installs and maintains desktop computers, peripherals, and related software.
Provides support for network and collaboration software, including wired/wireless connectivity.
Acts as escalation point and participates in facility leadership meetings.
